* It is the sellers responsibility to ensure that regulators, BCDs, cameras and computers are in working order for a sale to take
place, however, the buyer accepts the equipment as is
* Cylinders need to be sent for visuals / hydros prior to a sale taking place at the expense of the seller in order to ensure that
they are still in good working order
* All equipment is purchased as is and subsequent servicing & repair costs are at the expense of the buyer
* No warranties exist for second hand gear purchases
* Items with serial numbers will be checked with the respective agents in order to ensure that they have not been classified as
stolen goods
